You may have been struggling with something for a while without being able to fix it. Or you may have started to experience something new after many years of feeling fine. Cognitive Therapy (CBT) will give you some new ideas, and offer some simple tools to get you feeling better. I am a trained Cognitive Therapist (CBT) and am certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I have also been trained by the OCD Foundation to work with OCD.
My goal is to help you understand what is going on, and get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
